Pros
- Great colleagues - Working Remote - Great Product
Cons
-It's mostly a "My way or highway" culture -No proper timings, you'll be expected to work late hours, and on weekends, irrespective of which team you're a part of, or else you’ll be belittled. The excuse given is that this is a "Start-up" and we need to “hustle.” -No respect from the senior management, specially the founder, who is in no way working as a leader, but more like a boss in a manufacturing sector -The company is 4 years old, but still, there is no structure -There is no proper planning, they’d like to try everything at one go, and need immediate results -Don't expect help from HR, which usually works as a mouthpiece for the Founder -The HR team still hasn’t got proper processes to address issues, and everything is a work in progress (surprising when the organization has been in existence for the past 4 years) -Lately, a lot of people have left, so the notice period has been increased from one month to two -There have been times when the salary has been delayed -Neither is their growth, nor is their transparency -120 people hired so far, and 72 people in the org, so you can imagine the attrition rat
