Great benefits all around - ESOP company (stock benefits)
Cons
They expect exempt employees to do the work of 2-3 people and due to budget won't hire to replace those that leave. Expect to have your phone with you 24/7 even on vacation. They expect lots of volunteer time which is more like voluntold time. There were no networking meeting of managers to learn from one another or to have best practices shared.
