      You can learn how things work if you are new to the industry. It might help you decide whether to continue working in the solar industry.

      Cons

      The upper management is clearly biased about paying people. The managers are undervalued and get terrible pay. It was awful to justify their weird attitude and avoid how I was underpaid. Remember my words if you plan to join and want decent pay. They can't give you that!

      The Employees are good people and management works with you on scheduling. Management are very accommodating and are genuinely good people.
