Pros
somewhat decent pay, lower level employees are usually very cool, creative, warm hearted people
Cons
The school is essentially a cash grab for young/naive artists looking to get a foot in the door. They lie and make big promises in the admissions process about what ends up being a lackluster curriculum, apathetic mentors, and burnt out and overworked support staff. Job security is essentially non existent here. People are hired and fired at the drop of a hat, and just recently they lost almost their entire student services staff due to increasingly poor management choices. The company has recently been"restructuring" and have made multiple hires from other failed colleges to enforce arbitrary rules and make the company look better on paper, while doing nothing to actually improve the school itself or their employees work life. All the while new management is putting a higher workload on already exhausted staff members, and then going on to blame them for the increasing amount of withdrawals from the school, rather than looking at the big picture. If you work here, you will at some point be used as a scapegoat for someone making much more money than you. Avoid this company at all costs if you can.
