In general, you can have a lot of influence because it is such a small company. I think career opportunities are good, if you show initiative and competence.
Cons
Be very careful as you interview here. Ask the right questions and listen carefully for the answers to determine if this is the right place for you. Ask about leadership, and how decisions are made. Ask for product road maps and training. Mistakes are not handled well and there is an underlying fear of getting fired for making them.
