I wanted to share my unfortunate experience with RecruitBPM, a company that I found to be quite clever and deceptive in its practices. It's disheartening to say that my time there was far from positive due to various reasons. One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of any meaningful perks, allowances, bonuses, or benefits for the employees. This made the overall work environment less motivating and left me feeling undervalued. Moreover, I noticed a disturbing trend of manipulating employees to go beyond their designated job roles and even pressuring them into working extra hours without proper compensation. This not only added to the workload but also impacted the work-life balance negatively. The company's internal atmosphere was marked by a significant political undertone, which created a sense of unease and discomfort among the employees. Additionally, I found that the absence of proper safety regulations further compounded the issues, making the work environment feel less secure than it should have been. One of the most troubling aspects was the company's practice of calculating salaries based on workdays, leaving weekends and public holidays unpaid. This policy was a clear setback, affecting the overall income and job satisfaction of the employees. Another major concern was how the owner and senior management seemed to take advantage of less experienced employees by offering them lower salaries compared to market standards. What was even more frustrating was the absence of any chance for salary increments, regardless of how well an employee performed. Furthermore, the owner's tendency to excessively control the employees was evident throughout my time at the company. This micromanagement approach created an atmosphere of limited autonomy and hindered creativity and growth. In conclusion, my experience with RecruitBPM was disappointing and frustrating. The lack of benefits and incentives, combined with the pressure to work outside of my job description and the absence of proper compensation, made it clear that the company's priorities were not aligned with the well-being of its employees. The prevalent political environment, inadequate safety measures, and the owner's controlling nature only added to the negative aspects of the workplace. I hope that the company takes steps to address these issues and create a more supportive and fair work environment in the future.
