      1. Give chance to freshers to enter the industry

      Cons

      1. don't have futuristic approach 2. centralization of power only with owner 3. senior management is too much burdened with a lot of responsibilities Like Training, HR, employee engagement etc. 4. Payrolling is not sophisticated and done by employer only
