Too much cons to write. No leadership in the company at all. Most importantly, the MD is always out to cut whatever commission or salary he can. Do not believe in those 5 star reviews above. They are post written by new joiner just to receive a 1 or 2 days OIL as rewards on "Best Review". MD is narcissistic; always thinking he is nice and the best boss everyone can have. Look at the turnover rate; from a company with more than 20 agents to now less than 5... judge on your own. You can find better agency to start your journey. Do not bother to join this company.
