Pros

It’s the first time in almost 10 years where I truly feel seen, heard, and appreciated at work. You never know what the future holds, but I’ve been incredibly impressed by what I’ve experienced at Rectangle Health so far. A few things that stand out: • The executive leadership team genuinely cares about employees and trusts the leaders they put in place. • Sales and Marketing work extremely well together, which creates a much stronger and more collaborative environment. • Teams collaborate cross-functionally with a high level of respect for each other’s perspectives and expertise. • There is very little of the favoritism or office politics that can make other workplaces draining. • You genuinely feel like you’re part of something special, and that makes work feel enjoyable and rewarding. Rectangle Health has brought out the best in me professionally. It’s a feeling I’ve been waiting a long time for, and if you’re considering joining the team, I would absolutely encourage you to take the opportunity.

Cons

Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can shift, but leadership communicates well through it.

Pros

Commission plan is awesome. If you are good you can make $300k+. Leaders and managers coach you a lot. Teammates are close and always willing to help me. C level and VP care. Good amount of meetings from sdrs

Cons

Not an easy job and you actually have to sell. Took me a little while to get used to coaching because you actually get calls reviewed by all of the leaders. They roundrobin the sdr meetings based on how good you close.

Thank you for the feedback and for being part of the Rectangle Health team. We’re glad to hear you’ve found the work rewarding, the team supportive, and the coaching helpful as you’ve grown in your role. You are right, being a PSC can be tough in a performance-driven environment. Thankfully, to your point, there is A LOT of support available, and our leaders really do want individuals to succeed. As we grow, it gets harder to bring everyone together to meet in person, but we agree that it is valuable. Connection is something that we're always working to strengthen. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Pros

Zero pros .. I can’t think of one single pro

Cons

Managers are incompetent, arrogant and unprofessional. Micro management is their downfall. They are dishonest. They make you believe you will make a decent living but there are people here for over a year still on base pay because their comp plan is unattainable. They say the most terrible things about their clients, curse during meetings. The managers are so arrogant it’s such a turn off. You’re calling recycled leafs all day, cold calling 100 people before you get one person to listen and it’s 20% they’ll buy what you’re selling because it’s just a payment processing system pretending to be a solution for anything outside of taking a payment. They do not value their employees at all. I can’t say it enough how terrible the management team is especially micromanaging you like you’re 12 years old. If you love and respect yourself, steer clear of this clown show.
