Pros
While I'm still relatively new to Recurly, I've been very impressed with my first several months. Fantastic onboarding, and the people here are just wonderful. Everyone is welcoming, friendly and helpful as you settle in. The product is also great - the customers like it and it actually provides tangible ROI, which is so critical for retention and growth. Lots of good perks as well - nice office, lunch provided, etc.
Cons
Going into the office 3 days a week is an adjustment after formerly being remote, also the space in Austin is very crowded and loud during busy work hours.
