6yIt's unfortunate that a reference request for a terminated employee results in a post full of untruths. It's illegal to spy on your employees in NC (as well as morally wrong). One of the way we judge employees is by the amount of work that they get done (both client work and internal firm improvement work). When you don't meet those expectations you're not going to last with a firm that is growing and going places. Our people are content and happy as indicated on their recent mid-year employee reviews (they're not just manager to employee feedback but allow for employee to manager feedback).
The sky is the limit as far as growth- the firm is growing (one of the fastest growing in NC) which allows for tremendous growth and leadership opportunities for team members. Case in point, we had an employee go from new hire - to tax manager- to partner in less than 3 1/2 years.
