Pros
The people that work for the company are great! There are plenty of perks that are associated with Red Bull (events, give-aways, all the Red Bull you can drink). You aren't sitting at a desk inside all day. Fun warehouse environment (when you're there).
Cons
Long hours of hard manual work for unsatisfactory pay. If you are an Account Sales Manager (ASM), you are basically running a delivery truck route. Yes, you are doing sales, but it's more or less just dropping off Red Bull at accounts on your route list. You meet at the warehouse each morning, then leave for the day in your truck. Since you are by yourself all day, you must be very time management minded. With 10-18 stops per day (depending on route distance from the warehouse) time can be lost quickly if you take too long or get held up and a specific account. Dealing with store managers, back dock receivers, and the public will be what dictates the majority of your time concerns. You're on the schedule of someone else when it comes to being checked in, or having to wait until another vendor is done in front of you. That being said, some accounts you can be in and out of quickly, others may require a substantial amount of time. Your work ethic and patience will be what determines if this position is a good fit for you. There is also the aspect of what the weather is doing that day. Be prepared to work in all types of weather. Getting rained on then having to stock shelves in the back of a cooler isn't a ton of fun, but it's part of the job.
