      Pros

      Barry and Kristin (CEO and COO) created a great proactive culture here! Opportunities abound for your next step/position and the HR people are very helpful. As an aside, I mentioned a vexing personal matter and Kyle took the initiative to go the extra mile and help me solve the part that Red Canyon could help with. Dittos for Sengens and my 401K!

      Cons

      It is a smaller company. But that's at least as much of a pro as a con.

      Ownership genuinely cares for the industry. The admin team is great.

      Aerospace subcontractors, red canyon included are very exposed to governmental policy changes.
