Pros

The company treats employees like we are responsible adults. Kind of like Zappos. You can take off for a doctors appt or to pick up your kids, and as long as I am getting my work done the company is very supportive. Also many people can work remotely because the company hires you if you're the right person, not if you live in the right city. I really like that I have flexibility!

Cons

I feel like I am back in high school a lot of the time. There are the "cool kids" (who are mostly the managers) and the other kids. Also, sometimes the pace of my work is weird because the managers switch the priorities alot.

Pros

Red Giant has really turned itself around after a couple stagnant years. The company hired a new CEO nearly 2 years ago and he's really committed to only focusing on essential activities. This focus is nice as there is no more constant shifting of priorities. Morale is really good and the company's revenue is growing rapidly again. The biggest physical location for Red Giant is the office in Portland which is staffed by a very talented group of people.

Cons

The majority of the employees are remote which makes communication challenging.
