Pros

Some good people working at the bottom. Pay is decent. Annual bonuses are alright.

Cons

The company has unfortunately turned into a sinking ship that has to partake in annual mass layoffs to recoup the losses from poor decision making at the top. The owners care more about keeping up appearances to clients than keeping their own employees happy and/or employed. They are hemorrhaging money left and right, yet there are flat screen televisions are on every wall they can fit on, and they repaint the new building seemingly once a month. Silly dress code standards for sitting at a computer all day. Men must wear tucked in, collared shirts with ties, while women must stick to similar business attire. This is true even if you have no client interaction whatsoever. Nepotism runs rampant. The above dress code also does not apply to family and friends of the owners. These people also get their own restroom, while the rest of the building shares a couple disgusting, urine encrusted facilities that get cleaned once a week. Clueless upper management making decisions that are running the company into the ground, while the people at the bottom are the ones being punished. Almost zero room to grow or move up within the company.

Pros

Great pay and decent profit-sharing, owners are great

Cons

Micromanage to the max. Everyone is paid equally even if you have one year experience verse 15 years experience. There are guys here without licenses that make more than individuals with licenses. 80 to 90% of the company doesn’t know Ohms law.
