Pros
Pays really well, esp if you hustle. Can make between $20-$30 x hr if you’re good at giving fast high quality service. The staff is fun and has good team work. No scummy/low moral character/busy body drama staff anymore. Manager is really great about getting you the hours you need, accommodating requested time off, is proactive to keep drama to a minimum, helps where needed, listens & cares about staffs opinions or concerns during shift, and holds people accountable to a high standard of quality service for guests. Lots of regular customers that tip well. Great food.
Cons
Fast paced, high energy, can be physically demanding. You have to be ready and able to h u s t l e. It’s a busy restaurant, esp on weekends so you have to be physically/mentally able to keep up. Those things get easier as you get comfortable with the menu/job, but can be a challenge to learn at first.
