Not a pro that comes to mind.

Cons

Horrible management. Training is basically nonexistent. we are supposed to learn it all by listening to recorded calls. Leads and Supervisors are all on different pages, you’ll get a different (copy and paste mostly) explanation every time (if you are lucky enough to even get a response) Manager does next to nothing/but rest assure she will be watching your every move. They are all quick to reprimand you but when you have a question *crickets* The pay isn’t even remotely close to worth it. If only management had the same energy with training you as they do when they listen to your every call. The longer you work here, you’ll realize what the callers are saying is true, This company is a complete scam! We are underpaid as they have billions rolling in!
