Pros

There are some instances where there are cool people joins.

Cons

underpaid, undervalued, zero benefits, people who joins this place are those who are really in need of money like me and will leave once they are stable, 2 months notice period is basically a trap to inconvenience those who want to leave.

Pros

Working at RED Tech Group has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company genuinely values its employees and fosters an environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged. I've had numerous opportunities to grow professionally, take on new challenges, and collaborate with talented individuals across different departments. The leadership team is supportive, transparent, and always open to new ideas, which makes you feel truly valued and part of the company's journey. The culture here is inclusive, and there's a strong emphasis on work-life balance. It's exciting to be part of an organization that's making significant strides in the IT and telecom industry, especially with the upcoming rebranding to NV5. I genuinely feel that I'm contributing to something impactful and that my work is appreciated. Looking forward to many more years here!

Cons

While RED Tech Group offers numerous growth opportunities, there can be times when workload peaks, especially during tight project deadlines or the rebranding phase. This can be challenging, but it also provides a chance to develop strong time management skills. Improved internal communication across departments would also enhance project efficiency and collaboration.
