Pros
Fun environment, decent pay. Management doesn't talk down to agents/reps. Everyone is treated as equals.
Cons
Some of the behavior of the managers was sketchy at best... Sexual harassment and inappropriate comments/behavior prevalent. HR needs to make itself more available to address these issues.
