At the beginning it may seem ok, but as you begin to open your eyes, this company does not care about its employees at all. They exploit you and demand too much based on what they offer. There is NO flexibility when it comes to needing time off. If you have no time available, they do not care and will not help you. They constantly demand more sales while making the compensation plan much more difficult to take advantage of, which leads to you earning less and less. You are treated like a young kid, having a certain amount of time to use the bathroom and offer little to no time to take a breather (30 mins for the whole day). They expect everything and give little back. This company will suck you dry until you can give no more. It takes away your social life and mental health.
