      Pros

      Nice chairs. Good prizes... For all the top people who already have the huge pay checks! You get free lunch, when they are over whelmed with the call volume and only allow a 30min break during your 10 hour shift.

      Cons

      Basically if you arent in the top you are going to get sent home. And then put on a performance plan and get fired in 2 weeks. And I asked for 1 and 1 day only off, and didnt care what my hours were... Instead I worked a 10 hour shift on the 1 day I requested off in my first phone interview.

      Pros

      Strong ownership, opportunity to manage people early, great people, nice campus. You will work on interesting problems and external companies. Great training if the space interests you.

      Cons

      Business future is uncertain, up or out management principles. New senior leaders somewhat disconnected from the day-to-day. Commute from Charlotte is horrible.
