Pros
The culture used to be a pro, but that is long gone. The mass layoffs and the constant shuffling of leadership has killed all that was once great about RV.
Cons
Comp isn't competitive. There is no stability. Layoffs every year (during the holidays). Constantly changing leadership so it's difficult to grow. No transparency from leadership. Culture is poor. RTO policy keeps getting worse. Travel requirement.
