- was remote friendly - cool campus for those in the area - a lot of great people

-below market pay - excessively political decision making by senior leadership - very high turnover; my department saw roughly 60% in a year - work/life balance is a joke for many departments - CEO seemingly was surrounded by "yes" people and clueless to the impact of his hyper progressive political decisions
