What I love most about this company is that it always provides opportunities to grow, learn, and express creativity freely in every role. I’m able to contribute and explore ideas openly, with continuous support and guidance from the team.
Another great thing is the company has clear processes and is always striving to improve them from time to time to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Cons
As for what some may see as a downside — I wouldn’t say it’s a negative, but rather a reflection of the company’s nature. It moves fast and embraces change, which is typical of SMEs that are eager to grow. For me, that’s a good thing because it constantly pushes me to improve and upgrade myself.
