Pros

Great office locations in both Auckland and Wellington Decent pay Value prop is great (when you can get your head around it)

Cons

Culture is toxic beyond belief - execs will openly set you up to fail It is never the company's or culture fault, its always the employees Micro-management to the highest degree, have never experienced anything like this in my career Complete and utter under-investment in tools and change management for customer facing teams You will constantly question your abilities, deliverables and intelligence due to the culture and lack of direction Next to no benefits - $500 wellbeing allowance (and you may as well spend that on counselling services) Nothing has changed since the 2023 review on here previously

Pros

Decent Pay. Has potential for some growth.

Cons

Horrible management. Definition of "how not to lead a company". Everyone was "incompetent" besides the CEO. Everyone was wrong. Micromanaged and will control your every move. Similar feedback was given from partners, clients, and a majority of employees. CEO is toxic. PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay away.

Pros

Smart solution for web security. I worked 100% remote so not familiar with office day to day. My boss was very good and easy to work with.

Cons

CEO thinks every employee needs to be a security researcher and is less interested in other diverse skills. Very little in benefits. I will never forget the email stating my regions Christmas party was cancelled.
