Pros

Good place to work. The projects that we work on, is good and thoughtful and creates an impact across the company. As company is into Infrastructure upgrade, so we work on the systems and capabilities of this company itself. Cant tell you about the projects as it is confidential, if you are considering to join a company, a good company and still thinking about it. My advise-Go for this one. Best part is that you can order 500 worth of food for lunch. It should be lil more but its okay :) Salary on Time. Thoughtful HR policies. Management respect and encourages talent.

Cons

High pace environment, not really a con for some. They used to have Himalayan Salt Makhana in Pantry and now its removed. Bring it back. Redbull is also not present.

Pros

Many very talented individual contributors Potential opportunity to grow skills and contribute, even if temporary Decent pay and benefits while employed

Cons

Leadership is lost. Read about the industry and the changing landscape in commercial renewable energy and disappearing credits from the federal government and you'll understand why this company is struggling to exist. Now add AI and the overall market environment to the equation. The biggest problem, however, is the lack of leadership. Constant restructuring, "streamlining" aka elimination of roles, expansion of responsibilities for others, zero stability, and a horrible reputation at this point. Do not make the mistake of considering this place stable employment. Every corporate role is being eliminated or moved to India where possible. Direction changes daily on a whim. Monthly layoffs now. It's a joke. Many managers are obviously unqualified in their roles. Favoritism everywhere. Disagree with the wrong person, and you might be quietly let go. Monthly travel for all employees and quarterly retreats to expensive destinations are questionable at best when you're constantly laying people off. Every one of my colleagues were previously or are currently looking for other work during their time here. That should tell you everything.
