Pros

Retail benefits for shopping are pretty good but you can get that anywhere these days.

Cons

Where to start: -No support at all, left to fend for yourself in a chaotic work environment -No real training at all even though they offer this on job ads -MASSIVE work loads -Salary is not competitive with the national average at all!! -Favouritism is rampant -No communication between teams hence the chaos -No proper tools provided to do your job well, it’s just a “that’ll do attitude”

Not a hard company to get a job at. Wide range of issues allowing for experience in all areas of support.

Cons

Management are not smart or willing to stand up for staff.
