      Pros

      You get to work with top tech and have impact in one of the largest apps out there. Also working people are awesome.

      Cons

      The culture inside the company is kinda distant. There are lots of contingent workers and they are left out of everything even though I think that's kind of normal.

      Great company and the SPACE team is excellent. Good pay & decent benefits.

      Fast paced environment with inconsistent planning tools that change too frequently make it difficult to build and execute strategy.
