Pros
This is a good company to work for. They recognize hard workers & have reward systems in place monthly to nominate multiple people. The CFO is always looked upon as the "bad person" but that is because she is the one who does the hiring & firing. It's her families company and won't tolerate people who come to work to get paid but not do the work! I don't blame her! Anyone who owns a business wants to see their business succeed.
Cons
The only bad part about this company is the people who want to come to work & get paid with out doing the work or employees who can't work unless they are babysat or constantly needing a "pat on the back" for every last thing they do! Then they get let go or quit and want to bad mouth the company! TRUST ME, there are always 2 sides to every story! And I have seen where employees think just because they have been there for a year that they should be handed a raise! Sorry but raises are based on your work & work ethics! That is the problem now days it people want things just handed to them with out putting initiative!!!I worked for this company for several years & ONLY left because another employer contacted me with an insane amount of money & work from home.
