In-fact many have traveled with the company for extended periods of time making us among-st significantly low attrition rate enjoying company in comparison to the industry normal . It is a stated policy to be continuously adding quality talent and also an ongoing mode keep de-weeding any poor performers who make it into the system, at some points in time.
