I am really sorry that your experience at Redemption Plus did not match our intention of being the best place you have ever worked. We are taking your feedback and addressing all the places we missed in delivering a great experience for you. In truth, since last fall we have been making a conscious effort to balance our company culture and perks with an atmosphere of full responsibility and honest communications.
