Pros

Not a bad place to work at all, better people culture than most places. Somewhat low morale after a round of layoffs - Flexible working. - Great people culture - at the bottom of the hierarchy. - Great benefits and team socials. - Lots of opportunities to get involved in things outside of the day-to-day.

Cons

- Complex solution set, complicated for customers to set up. - Churn accountability not spread throughout the org. - Lack of VP visibility and involvement. - Exclusive management and leadership club. - Far from ready to serve Enterprise customers (Processes internally not there). - Sales are constantly bringing in "creative deals", often leading to starting on the back foot from the get-go.

Pros

A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

Cons

Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
