When you combine those two attributes, the typical work equation becomes more fulfilling. You are compelled to deliver to support your teammate, because it can make their life easier, their task less of a burden. They do the same for you in return. Where you need clarity, its given, where you need support, its already there. Collaboration is paramount for achievement. Onboarding was swift and there was not time wasted on "orientation". This is an agile focused environment, not rigid adherence to every detail and terminology, but leaning on that standard as "break-neck" pace during work hours is the norm. Despite the fast nature of the work there is still balance and prioritization on life quality (WFH)

If you are not well adapted to agile, quick paced, priority evolving work flows then AI enablement may not be the right fit for you. The work is fast paced, learning never pauses, adaptation is the ever present third rail.

I have the privilege of being a part of the Rediminds team, based in Detroit, and my journey with the company has been incredibly rewarding.
