There are many in and out of office perks (free meals, weekly happy hours, video games, sports events, other outings) that aren't as freely or frequently available at other consulting firms. - Hard work doesn't go unnoticed. - It's clear to all of us that at the end of the day our goal is to give our clients excellent service. Success is measured in terms of quality, not in hours billed.
Cons
- The transition from a startup to an established mid-sized company has been a little bumpy. The company is still trying to find the sweet spot of the right amount of structure. - Career coaching and performance management processes are pretty crude. - Work /Life balance can be difficult to maintain if you're staffed on certain projects.
