Cons

The only con I can think of is not many people in the office day to day. there are the same people day to day with it only filling out on whole office collaboration days

Pros

I thoroughly enjoy working at Redkite for many reasons, but to name a few are: Friendly Team Members Approachable & Supportive Management Flexible & Remote Working Options Generous Discretionary Bonus Scheme Clear Progression Routes Opportunities for Continued Growth (Training Courses, E-Learning, Business Development Ventures) Multiple Companywide, Areawide & Individual Team Social Events Charity Fundraising Events

Cons

Inconsistent training across the firm (acquired/merged firms) Inconsistent processes across the firm (acquired/merged firms) Huge Acquisitions Focus - could do with spending money to hire additional staff in a number of departments as well as updating/advancing processes internally to make for smoother day to day running rather than looking for the newest acquisition opportunity. Wage for some roles is lower than other firms are offering (Legal Assistant/Legal Advisor)

Pros

Redkite has a genuinely kind and supportive culture. People really look out for each other, and there’s a real sense of teamwork across the firm from the top down. The company is developing quickly and it feels like it’s becoming something really special. There are lots of opportunities for individual growth, whether that’s through training, progression, or being part of projects that help shape the future direction of the firm. Leadership are open to new ideas and it’s exciting to be part of that journey.

Cons

Like any growing business, there are changes and new processes being introduced, so sometimes things can feel fast-moving, but it’s always done with the right intentions and with plenty of support.
