      Pros

      Redpoint is a fantastic place to work with a very inclusive culture, smart people, great benefits. I've spent time at different venture capital firms and this place is special.

      Cons

      I wish it was a bit more of an in-person culture - still full on 2-3 days a week but not 5 days
