Pros

Interesting industry and market niche. Some talented and hardworking individuals on the team who try to make the best of a bad situation.

Cons

The CEO exhibits greed, manipulation, and a cruel approach to leadership. Anyone who decides to leave the company is targeted and made an example of, fostering fear and resentment among employees. The sales team is constantly beaten down and demoralized, with no clear structure or long-term plan in place. False promises of support, resources, and growth opportunities are never delivered. Leadership lacks integrity and accountability, creating a toxic work environment where blame-shifting and micromanagement are the norm. High turnover is rampant, leaving remaining employees overburdened and undervalued. Would not recommend to anyone seeking a fulfilling or stable career.

Pros

Having been here a year now, I can enthusiastically endorse RA as a great place to work. Friendly team, with a real focus on improvement in both the products and services we deliver, the growth and change in the company since even I arrived has been impressive. There’s a sense that the company is maturing, with new processes, new strategic objectives, and moves into new global markets. Combine all of this with the wealth of deep market experience and desire to lead the change at senior levels, and there’s a real sense that there’s something building.

Cons

The company is undergoing considerable internal change, with the growing pains this entails. There are still old processes and habits that need to be changed or discarded, and hangovers from previous attempts to grow that need to be moved past.
