Pros

The company makes significant investments in employee development, offering extensive training programmes. There are some incredibly talented and knowledgeable people who work there, and they are always eager to collaborate and share their knowledge. Recognizing the value of work-life balance, the company offers remote work opportunities. Management works hard to improve the working environment. The CEO stands out as a true leader, to inspire the team to achieve exceptional results.

Cons

Although the corporate culture does have some excellent aspects, there is room for improvement. The organisation might improve employee happiness and productivity by concentrating on creating a more  engaging atmosphere.Perhaps hiring some dedicated company HR staff who focus on culture would be beneficial.

Pros

Junior level experience to get you into industry.

Cons

You get consulting experience but not a lot of technical experience. The old guard has left and one of the directors is a hustler and maybe even a con man (Not the founder) Very high turnover rate, This is their business model and it works for them.

Pros

Company prioritises certifications and a good amount of days leave

Cons

The culture is centered around a "hacker" mindset, which can in some cases lead to inappropriate and discriminatory behaviour rather than creating a professional and safe environment for employees. The management structure is sometimes unclear with conflicting messages being relayed as well as not relaying expectations and deadlines sufficiently. There is very little room for failure and the company does not in some cases handle employee complaints and information confidentially. Some of the management employ the use of veiled threats and tend to not take into account an employee's seniority level and expected knowledge of the field.
