Pros
A strong creative team that can deliver at scale, working for Redstamp was always fun and engaging. They have a large pool of contractors and lots of opportunity to do variety of work.
Client work is fast-paced and challenging. A great place to hone skills. Employees, contractors, and clients span multiple time zones so there is a ton of flexibility in schedules.
Diverse workforce + women leaders. Team is collaborative and maintained positive energy while working with a remote workforce.
This is the kind of place you can make your own path and grow with the company. Requires good attitude and flexibility. They don't have it all figured out and anyone with an entrepreneurial mindset will fit right in.
Cons
A lot of pressure on the leadership team to have it all figured out. So many internal projects and initiatives and little time to allocate time and resources.
Junior talent will struggle working here, work is fast paced and expectations are high. Clients are very complex and require high level of experience.
Capturing constructive feedback was sometimes difficult. Team leads take on majority of the work and struggle delegating and building structure and processes around their teams, which is natural for a team that is scaling.
Work for contractors can drop unexpectedly. Team expects a time commitment and sometimes struggle forecasting work.
