Pros

• The people I work with, across all teams, are lovely and talented • The relatively-flat organizational structure offers amazing learning opportunities • The client work is interesting and the output is held to a high standard • A lot of focus is directed at employee wellbeing and satisfaction • Similarly there's a lot of focus on professional development and helping employees grow • Completely remote team means people can work from pretty much anywhere

Cons

• The pay is reasonable, but not competitive; the benefits are the same • Inconsistent flow of work means it's either super busy or super slow • Company culture feels a little forced at times

Pros

A strong creative team that can deliver at scale, working for Redstamp was always fun and engaging. They have a large pool of contractors and lots of opportunity to do variety of work. Client work is fast-paced and challenging. A great place to hone skills. Employees, contractors, and clients span multiple time zones so there is a ton of flexibility in schedules. Diverse workforce + women leaders. Team is collaborative and maintained positive energy while working with a remote workforce. This is the kind of place you can make your own path and grow with the company. Requires good attitude and flexibility. They don't have it all figured out and anyone with an entrepreneurial mindset will fit right in.

Cons

A lot of pressure on the leadership team to have it all figured out. So many internal projects and initiatives and little time to allocate time and resources. Junior talent will struggle working here, work is fast paced and expectations are high. Clients are very complex and require high level of experience. Capturing constructive feedback was sometimes difficult. Team leads take on majority of the work and struggle delegating and building structure and processes around their teams, which is natural for a team that is scaling. Work for contractors can drop unexpectedly. Team expects a time commitment and sometimes struggle forecasting work.

Pros

The team is very welcoming! I was worried to start a new job remotely but my worries vanished immediately because the team was super supportive! They had a very comprehensive onboarding setup for me that gave me the guidance, tools and support I needed to feel comfortable! They also allowed me the right amount of time to get used to the tools and inner workings of the company without dropping me in the deep end. The flexibility in my daily schedule is very appreciated as it allows me the ability to run errands, go to appointments or walk my dog in the middle of the day. The company values align very well with my own, which makes me feel right at home. Despite everyone in the company working remotely and in many different time zones, you still feel a huge sense of teamwork and the culture of the company is electric. Coming from an agency that demanded 60+ hour weeks, it was refreshing to be told that my time is valuable and that life outside of work is important too. The Leadership team leads by example by setting boundaries for time off and keeping between a 37.5 to 40 hour work week. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for a positive change, their Client list is extensive which keeps the work challenging and new. Their mental health and benefits packages are very good! This is a company that truly cares about its people, I feel right at home with them and can’t wait to see what the future holds!

Cons

I haven't been able to meet everyone in person yet because of the Pandemic but I hope to in the new year!
