Pros
A good thing is that I like most of my coworkers and hours and health benefits are reasonable.
Cons
I joined Redstone a couple years ago with really high hopes I heard it was a good place to work but Ive been really disappointed. Management is not good and it doesn't seem to matter to anyone, no one seems to care how bad they are. We have to go to training classes like accountability training but it is a lot of nonsense and a waste of time. Its like management is trying to blame everything on us by saying were not accountable when obviously they are the problem because they make all the decision. Also pay is lower than it should be and dont even think about asking for a raise you'll never get one. I guess they save all the money for management who are not even good at there jobs.
