Pros
Colleagues are nice and friendly
Cons
Company has expanded hugely over the last few years beyond the level the directors are capable of handling. Favouritism for certain staff members – Only certain employees allowed to WFH with no set policy in place instead a ‘one rule for them, one rule for everyone else’ Generic workshops held every couple of months are informative but training on your own desk is close to non-existent. Advice given by one of the directors will be analogies of ‘pulling’ women at a bar on a night out and how it links to recruitment. Most of his other communication is copy and paste from Chat GPT. Zero structure, no long term plan of where they see the desks building and how to get there, just make up a plan day by day. Management don’t take any feedback on board, advice to any new employees is not to fall for the pretending to be your friend act. No clear pathway for what is required to get promoted
