      Pros

      The company is very team based which is a great thing for the logistics world. Everyone is willing to help each other out even if that means staying late to get the job done. The company will bring in food/beers/donuts/fruit to make sure employees feel appreciated too. The "thank you" and acknowledgement goes a long way.

      Cons

      Could use more training when people are 1st hired and no industry experience.
