      Not sure this is a con, more of a good challenge: the company has grown tremendously over the last few years, and it will be a good challenge to continue to grow at that pace

      Pros

      Corporate and team culture and mindset are best in breed. They aren’t just mottos. My team lives it and holds each other accountable to them daily. The velocity that the company works at is refreshing and our ability to change and adapt quickly has been impactful for my customers.

      Cons

      By product of accountability is measureables which means admin. SFDC processes are extensive. Not a real con but something to be aware of coming in.
