      Great place to work if you're into sports, good work life balance and activities make you feel like you're part of the company

      Cons

      Career advancement is poor and there are not a lot of opportunities to move upwards or laterally. Salary for mid management and below is often viewed as below market rates

      Pros

      The designers that you get to work with at Reebok are some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people you will meet in the industry. The people are the best part of the brand, and the second best part is the brand heritage. Reebok is getting back into performance, so it is an exciting time as a designer because you get exposure to a wide range of projects.

      Nothing in particular. Commute could be long.
