Such a SHAME - Anonymous employee Reebonz Employee Review

Very bad management! Managers branches of from other path of jobs without training, wreaking havoc in the company in terms of working environment. Basically we all ALLDUCTION STAFFS (We need to do every single job scope here because the management expects you to do everything) Job scope is also rather monotonous and every single day u will just work like a programmed machine. No pay rise for this year/ very bad pay rise every single year, no bonus, benefits are unlikely known other than free drinks. Company moved to a very remote location and no transportation is provided, company expects staffs to pay for their without any cost sharing, as in our life isn't tough enough! Quarterly games rewards are bad, not enough to motivate workers, 1 week free lunch eh? Feels like caged dogs waiting for their dog food to be served, it's sad when u think about it. Products being sold are fishy, as stocks that they have differs from that of the website of the official brand, the company will always tell customers that these are either "Seasonal changes", "Old stocks", "Different country produce" and etc. I believe the main brand will have a good quality control of their products rather than releasing different types of products...it will be a smudge in the name of the brands. Control of product purchasing is so bad that sometimes ungenuine products are brought into the company, it's such a shame and waste for a company that manages to stay for so long in the industry. Exceptional workers will be appreciated, only as an example for others because they believe a superman can breed another superman. There won't be any extra benefits for the exceptional workers. Bootlickers will always be appreciated here. Management always say their micro manages the workflow, but it did not happen, it's a bloody messy working environment. Managers are just shaking their legs in their comfy office chair waiting for their salary.
