Cons
A strong entrepreneurial and nimble mindset means we aren't afraid to fail and adapt to changing conditions that are responsive to clients. If you do not have a strong sense of ownership or are not comfortable with uncertainty you may find yourself a bit out of your comfort zone depending on your role if you are someone who is hesitant to raise your hand and ask for help.
