Pros
One of the best places to work for engineers. There is casualness about working here. The CEO and CTO are one of the most approachable bosses that I ever worked for. The talent of the team (not just engineering) shows in the success that this startup has achieved in such a short time. Having a constant acceleration in revenue and winning the Startup of the year 2015 award in e-commerce is no joke. Free food (personally ordered) and massages are some of the small benefits compared to the fun of working in a stress free environment. It was a tough decision to leave this job.
Cons
The company doesn't appear to be sexy or cool compared to some of the unicorns of silicon valley. So, it struggles with attracting talents, especially given the high standards that it maintains for talents.
