It’s clear they’re more focused on hitting immediate targets than building any kind of sustainable success. Micromanagement is rampant here. It’s not just one or two managers, but a culture that’s deeply ingrained across the board. You can’t make a single move without getting second-guessed or being told exactly how to do it. It’s exhausting, demotivating, and it stifles creativity and growth. What once was a company with potential is now stuck in the weeds.
