--the most show-off and superficial managers one may ever come across in a lifetime --absolutely no fairplay : the team members thrive only for personal recognition, without bothering about the product's reputation --no work ethic: people with real intellect get slow-poisoned by depression after months of ineffiicient debugging to let the product run only momentarily, knowing that the same debugging would bring error few more months down the line --poor level of training for new joinees
